In just a few days, our annual March Melt Away challenge is due to start. It’s not too late! You can join Tracy, Kim and a community of hundreds of women to truly make progress in your goals this coming month.

This year, March Melt Away is entitled Empower Your Menopause and we are doing things a little differently for you. Bite size, doable actions all designed to actually be effective. This month will be engaging, useful but also fun! No pressure and a tonne of motivation. It’s all here for you to enjoy.
