Meet Tracy Steen

My mission statement is simple: If nothing else, Move Daily.

Philosophy

It is my philosophy that fitness be a lifestyle, not just an activity. To get fit and stay healthy requires a personal effort, a personal program, proper eating habits and a positive mind. What you believe about yourself is a vital part in achieving your fitness goals! I want to consider all the obstacles that may keep you from healthy living, including your state of mind. Sometimes the hardest weight to lose is the emotional and mental kind.

Qualifications and Certifications

I have spent many years as a clinical therapist, and although my aim is not to provide personal counselling to my fitness clients, I do think that my expertise in the psychological arena will only serve to aid my clients in reaching their full potential. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling, and an undergrad in Religious Studies from Ambrose University. I started my journey towards becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in January 2008. Meet Kim Hogarth

Kim is our Move Daily Guide. She is here to give you guidance, support, expertise and answer any questions you may have across the entire Move Daily platform. As a midlife mom of three young children, juggling work and study with everything else life brings, she can absolutely relate and empathize in how challenging moving daily can be. However, she understands fully the importance of finding the time to make it a priority in order to reach one’s fitness, wellness and nutrition goals. Kim has been with Tracy for several years now, first as a Member and now as part of the team. This has given her a wide and in-depth knowledge of how everything works and how Move Daily Fitness can be a positive and productive part of your life and your journey. She’s been through ups and downs with her own health but has educated herself to come back stronger now than she’s ever been. So much of that is down to the consistency, practices and development I have done as part of the Move Daily family. Please always feel free to reach out and we will do what we can to guide you!
