Why We Do What We Do

Tracy and her team love what they do. Being able to bring you our community, support, health, coaching, fitness, nutrition, wellness….the list goes on…it isn’t just a “job”, it’s a passion.

Every so often, we can see clearly, the difference we make. This is not about us changing lives, its about you, having the confidence, grit and tools to change your own. Empowering women in their journeys is what its all about and this Mover has done just that. Part of the Membership, this incredible lady agreed that we could share her recent post with you.

“Long post, but I just wanted to share a little something because I know we have members in every phase, some just starting and some who have been here for years. I myself have been working out with Tracy for almost 2 years, a member for just over 1 year. Today I just finished doing HIIT sprints on the spin bike. During the last round, while I was sucking wind, I was yelling “We don’t quit! We’re not quitters! Keep moving!” When the 4 minutes finally ended and I got to sit down on the seat and pedal at a jog, I was telling myself how proud I was of myself and how far I’ve come in 2 years. And then I just burst into tears, which is something I never, never do. I truly never thought I’d get here. I had four big surgeries in 2020 and one of those threw me into menopause at age 43. The weight just started sneaking on and I felt like crap and nothing I did helped, until I found Tracy. It’s been a long road, and I’m still on the journey, but truly so proud of what I have accomplished and so incredibly thankful to Tracy and Kim. I really don’t think anyone else could have gotten me to this point because nothing else ever did. So I hope this helps the member that is just starting out, super frustrated and already ready to quit. Girlfriend, I’m telling you now, you can do this. Don’t give up on yourself. You are stronger than you know! 💪❤️🙌
