Menopause program
This is a self guided menopause program including follow along video workouts and nutrition coaching.

Different stages of life require different strategies to stay healthy and fit! You may have noticed that what worked in your 20’s no longer works in your 40’s, 50’s or 60’s. There are specific ways to train and eat in order to have the body that you want. This one month program is going to arm you with some of the strategies required to sculpt that body!

What the program includes:

  1. A 4 week ADVANCED Workout Schedule. This is a compilation of my YouTube workouts, written in a cohesive way so as to help you build lean muscle in your body. Each week has 2 exclusive workouts, not posted on YouTube.
  2. A 4 week BEGINNER Workout Schedule. This is a compilation of my YouTube workouts, but written for those who are new to fitness, or just returning back. Each week has 2 exclusive workouts, not posted on YouTube.
  3. You’ll also receive short nutrition coaching videos from our Holistic Nutritionist, Stephanie Talbot. Here’s what she will cover:

How do we stay fit and fabulous in this season of life? We move daily. We arm ourselves with useful strategies, and then we create micro-processes that help us reach our targets. I’m in the throws of Menopause right now and I am doing it. I have done a lot of research, reading, and listening to what works and what doesn’t. What won’t work is quick fixes.  What does work is a shift in mindset and making moving daily just part of your routine. Join us and become people like us who do things like this!

About our Nutritionist

Stephanie is a 2014 graduate (with Merit) from Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition. She has been passionate about Nutrition for several years before becoming certified as she struggled with her own health issues like endometriosis and IBS. Stephanie was able to overcome both her endometriosis and IBS symptoms with the knowledge she gained in holistic health, nutrition, managing her stress and implementing key supplements. She has now spent the last several years helping her clients eliminate their uncomfortable digestive issues and IBS related symptoms, address hormonal imbalances and learn simple and quick ways to implement delicious and nutrient packed food into your daily routine so you can function at your best and feel amazing in your body!
