Making fitness, wellness and nutrition a consistent part of your life can be a challenge, to say the least! Who this Move Daily Membership is for:
- If you are someone who has a desire to work on herself, not just in fitness and nutrition, but all facets of your life, this is for you. We take a 360 degree approach to fitness by working on other elements of your life like the quality of your sleep, your mental health, reducing stress in your life, understanding self awareness and mindfulness. When you start to shift all of those other important parts of you as well, your journey with fitness and nutrition becomes less of a challenge.
- If you are looking for a community of like-minded women, this is for you. There is unreal support in this group. Like, truly beautiful. Women have the freedom to open up about where and how they are struggling, and they are supported, encouraged and challenged. - If you need further education to reach your goals, this is for you. I always say that the best way to reach your goals is to increase the tools in your toolkit. If you are better informed, more educated, you then have the ability to make wiser choices that serve and honor your body. We offer weekly Facebook live video coaching sessions or Zoom calls. Any question you have, will be answered!

Peak Experience Program
This program is designed to take your fitness, wellness and nutrition to the next level. You will receive a weekly Zoom call with other Tier 4 members. This in depth program includes daily accountability, to help you reach your goals, and truly take you to that next level. The commitment is for a 4 month minimum, as that’s how long the program takes to complete, so only register here if you are able to make that a priority.
Monthly Cost : $300USD+GST, Yearly Cost : $3300USD+GST (This tier is a minimum 4 month commitment as we require that amount of time to run the course of the program)
