FITNESS

During this MARCH MELT AWAY, each week you will receive 3 full, at home video workout schedules to choose from. Plus, the workout schedules will deliver you some of our exclusive workouts, which are not available to the general public. The workout schedules are written out in a cohesive order to help you ascertain your goal. Each week contains 5 different workouts, and 2 optional rest days. There will be 3 different fitness streams that you can choose from:

  1. Advanced Strength Stream (to increase lean muscle)
  2. Advanced Fat Loss Stream (to aid in burning body fat)
  3. Beginner Stream (if you are new to fitness, or just getting back in).

The Advanced Stream workouts range between 35-55 minutes.  The Beginner Stream workouts are typically 30 minutes in length.  This is an example of what your weekly workout schedule will look like:

COACHING CALLS

You will also have weekly nutrition and wellness coaching so that your health and fitness routine becomes your lifestyle. That is the goal after all, to become “people like us, who do things like this”: We Move Daily! We want you to build this as your new identity. Your new way of living!

PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

You will have the opportunity to be a part of our private March Melt Away Facebook group. These groups always add such wonderful resources, support and camaraderie throughout the duration of the program.  We encourage you to participate if you can. 

NUTRITION SOLUTIONS

I won’t give you a diet this month, so if you’re looking for that, this program is not for you. What I would rather do, is equip you with the knowledge you need for sustainable change.  A diet is a short term solution. Education and knowledge is long term. We will provide coaching on strategies that you can adopt to support your nutrition and empower you to create your own plans. We will have special guest and Nutritionist, Stephanie Talbot  and Nutrition Coach Kim Hogarth join in for a live coaching session as well. 

WELLNESS

Each time I run a challenge, I always included wellness coaching. To really know thyself (as Socrates once said) is imperative.  Taking a deeper dive into topics like sleep, mindset, willpower and  mental health will be that 360 degree approach we need for sustainable change. Counselor Jackie Frasch will be joining us to do some coaching as well. 

PRIZE CHALLENGE

We will kick off the month with our 3 Pillar Challenge.  This is a chart of fitness, wellness and nutrition challenges for you to participate in during the month. The activities don’t have to be done on the exact day they are listed, as we understand some people have busy schedules, but do try to complete them all by the end of the month. There will be a prize draw for all of those who complete the 3 Pillar Challenge.

You will have access to all of the workout schedules, but if you don’t know which stream you should choose, try the workouts below first.  Our recommendation is to always start with the Beginner Stream, and work your way up.

We encourage you to read the information provided with each program summary and ensure you are comfortable in making your purchase. If you have any questions with regards to the content of any program please contact us in advance of your purchase at movedailyfitness@gmail.com.

Sales of all programs are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges. The exception to this is if the program you receive is defective, in which case we will verify this and provided the defect is confirmed by us, replace it with a functioning version of the original program purchased. We do not accept defective programs after 7 days of receipt. If you receive a defective program please contact us immediately at movedailyfitness@gmail.com and include evidence of your purchase, as well as the defective program.
