Here’s what you can expect:

🏋️‍♀️Tailored Workouts: Our program features 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and 2 invigorating cardio sessions, meticulously designed to target key muscle groups and promote holistic development.

🔧Equipment Recommendations: All you need are a variety of dumbbells (bench and mini bands optional – I always give modifications). I use a variety of dumbbells ranging from 3 to 30 lbs. Our recommended dumbbell range ensures progress at your pace. Of course, always lift within your own abilities.

💪Efficiency Meets Effectiveness: Our sessions are optimized for maximum results in just 45 minutes, inclusive of warm-up and workout time. Plus, if you wish to stay longer, enjoy a serene cooldown session post-workout to rejuvenate your mind and body.
