How 30SOLID Works: Simple Steps, Solid Results

Starting November 1st, for 30 days, you’ll be guided through a structured plan that focuses on these micro-habits:

In this 30SOLID challenge, there are 4 specific things that we want you to do daily throughout the month. You’ll receive a checklist where you can mark off your progress!

  1. Set a daily protein target and stick with it (guidance given)
  2. Track fiber and aim for 30 plants a week in your diet (guidance and context given)
  3. Follow the workout stream schedules (5 days a week) and do one outdoor activity every day (minimum 15 minutes)
  4. Wildcard habit – 4 habits, 1 per week:
    1. Micro-journaling (writing down three things you are grateful for today)
    2. Micro Mobility (3-5 minutes of mobility work each day)
    3. Charge Your Confidence ( short daily uplifting meditation)
    4. Digital Downtime (committing to 1 hour a day of no digital media, TVʼs, computers, phones etc)

 

Additional Details:

A level for everyone. You’ll receive all 3 streams so if you feel you want to switch it up and go between the streams, you can do so. The Advanced Strength and Fat Loss Streams have workouts between 30-60 minutes, The Beginner Stream has workouts all around the 30 minute mark. These can be streamed to your smart tv too.

Do I need a Facebook account?

A large portion of this challenge is run through the private Facebook group. Tracy does all of the live coaching calls on that platform. All of the coaching is recorded and posted on the app so you won’t miss a thing. There are daily posts, challenges and of course encouragement through the Facebook group and it is therefore recommended that you have a Facebook account for this 30SOLID Challenge, but it’s not mandatory.
