I love experimenting with flavors and combinations in my protein balls.  A good base consists of some sort of nut/seed butter, sweetener of choice (I like honey or maple syrup), a protein source, and something to bind it all together. Then, you can get real creative with the add-ins.

The tablespoon of coffee grounds in these vanilla latte protein balls is the perfect amount to make it feel like you’re sipping on a latte! I do like a crunchy protein ball as well, so I added in pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, though cacao nibs would be wonderful too. I pulsed the seeds once in my magic bullet just so that they wouldn’t poke out of my protein balls.

These homemade protein balls are not only easy to make but also a healthier alternative to store-bought snacks. With the power of protein and the irresistible flavor of vanilla latte, they’ll keep you fueled and satisfied throughout the day. Plus, you’ll love knowing exactly what goes into them. So say goodbye to the vending machine and hello to wholesome snacking with these delightful Vanilla Latte Protein Balls!
