Oftentimes women ask me for a diet, and a workout plan. They believe that if they just have that, they’ll be good to go and the belly fat will be gone. It’s not that simple.

  3. Beginner Workouts

The fitness side of this program will include a month of organized YouTube workout videos. These workouts will be structured in a way to help you reach your target of either increasing muscle, or losing body fat. These are a compilation of my YouTube Workouts, with many exclusive workouts not available to the public.

There are 3 streams to choose from:

Strength Stream – This stream is for you if you are wanting to put on more lean muscle tissue. There is a small amount of cardiovascular exercise in this stream, but it is primarily focused on hypertrophy (building muscle). ADVANCED

Fat Loss Stream – This stream is for you if you have body fat mass that you want to lose. This will be a combination of strength and cardiovascular workouts. ADVANCED

Beginner Stream – This stream is for you if you are new to fitness or just getting back at it. Most workouts are under 30 minutes and use simple equipment like light dumbbells, bands and a chair. BEGINNER

NUTRITION

This program will come with multiple nutrition coaching videos, also known as your Belly Fat Files! The coaching calls will take some time to consume as there is a lot of information to teach. My advice is to listen to one a day and make notes on what you will implement. Not every eating strategy will resonate with each person which is why I always say that you need to be the Sherlock Holmes of your own body. Test and try, and see what works!
There is no diet in this program, no eating plan. I would rather teach you strategies that you can adopt as lifestyle habits for the long haul.
