The Move Daily Membership - all you need to know

Firstly, welcome to Move Daily! Tracy and Kim would like to welcome you to this section of the website, where we will explain all you need to know about the Move Daily Membership. So, what is the Membership? The Membership is a paid monthly subscription, which gives you access to a huge amount of resources to help support you in reaching your health goals. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain lean muscle, focus on your nutrition, give time to wellness or simply wish to dial in your overall health, we can support you in achieving your objectives.

Let’s break down what you actually get as an official Member…..

Weekly Emails

  • Every week you’ll receive an email with a huge amount of practical, useful and relevant content.
  • Three workout schedules are provided for you – advanced fat loss, advanced strength and beginner – giving you a full week of specifically curated workouts, taking all the guesswork out of your sessions. Not only that, but each week there is an exclusive Members only workout, just for the group. Members then have access to this library of hundreds of exclusive workouts.
  • There is a note of any theme for the week, as well as the forthcoming coaching calls and activities. Tracy does weekly coaching calls, which you can watch live or afterwards on a massive range of topics within fitness, wellness and nutrition. Tracy shares research, tips, strategies and lots of practical advice that you can implement effectively – really useful, usable information.
  • The email also contains links to the previous week’s coaching calls, as well as any sessions that have been held with special guest experts

The Programs

  • In addition to the weekly workout schedules, you have access to almost all of Tracy’s paid programmes, totally free as a Member.
  • These include The Belly Fat Files, Menopause Override and many more.
  • The programmes give you a focused month of workouts, centred around the overall objective of the programme, accompanied with a set of guides and coaching calls, again specific to the topics in question.
  • Access to these is an amazing opportunity to dial in particular goals or objectives. If you’re planning for a family wedding, a vacation or simply want to give yourself a new challenge, they’re perfect.

The Facebook Page

  • It’s not mandatory or indeed necessary to join the exclusive Members Facebook page, but it is a wonderful, useful and inspiring part of the Membership.
  • This private group is a fantastic way to access a wealth of information and is also where you can join the live coaching calls and guest presenter sessions.
  • Within the Guides and Files areas we store the back catalogue of coaching calls, so as soon as you’re a Member, you can look back through them to find and listen to all those relevant to your goals, enabling you to really hit the ground running.
  • Also within the Facebook Group are many documents and sources of information on everything from eating strategies to recipes, supplements and sleep. Again, all accessible for free as part of your Membership.
  • The true joy of the Facebook group, aside from the plethora of resources, is the community feel, support and genuine camaraderie. It’s like a special club with a family feel, a safe place to share your challenges, your successes – to simply reach out when you need a friend. We cheer each other on with the workouts, motivate each other and, of course, share advice and expertise. Tracy and Kim are constantly active in the group and always happy to give support, guidance and answer questions.

FAQs

If you are a beginner wishing to progress, you will have all the tools to do so. One of the workout schedules is pure beginner, but they are challenging enough that you’ll be able to build on your fitness. Then over time, do add in one or two of the fat loss or strength workouts a week, just do so with lighter weights and opt for the lower impact modifications, which Tracy often gives during the workout. Don’t be afraid to substitute if you wish. For example, if jumping jacks are too intense, just step the move instead rather than jump. You could also take longer rests by walking on the spot for a round. There is no need to do an entire more advanced workout if you are not ready – just do half and then the following week, see if you can do more.

Although it is possible to lose fat and build lean muscle at the same time, it is very challenging and we’d always recommend that you look to lose fat first and then build lean muscle afterwards. So perhaps it’s several weeks on the fat loss schedule, then when you have reached your goal weight/size/body shape, you move over to the strength schedule. We recommend this approach because in order to lose fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit, but to build lean muscle, you normally need more calories than if you’re trying to lose fat, because you have to support that muscle growth. The beauty of the Membership is that it allows you to focus on one goal and then gives you all you need, to advance to the next.

At Move Daily we do not provide “meal plans” because for them to be effective, they normally require strict adherence and aren’t designed to be flexible or for long term use. Instead, by giving you all the information and education to create your own way of eating, you can personalise it and it’s much more likely to be successful for you. You can of course seek our advice by contacting Kim, on any nutritional questions you have as you work on your approach.

To help you get started you receive a selection of coaching calls and video’s covering things like nutrition 1-0-1, strategies for weight loss etc within your Welcome Pack, as well as access to all the previous nutritional coaching calls and files. This allows you to develop your strategy and get started right away.

The very basic kit we recommend, so you can really start to make the most of the Membership is a mat and a variety of dumbbells. The weights of the dumbbells are more specific to you individually and your level of fitness/strength, but if you’re a beginner starting with a set of 2lbs, 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs and 10lbs is great. You could then add heavier sets – 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs as you progress. Always note that you’ll be surprised how quickly you get stronger and so try to buy at least one set of dumbbells that you feel is advanced from where you are now. You’ll soon be using them! The other great addition to begin is a set of minibands. They are relatively inexpensive and often featured in the workouts. They’re also great to have if you travel as they’re easy to transport. Further kit you could consider includes one much heavier dumbbell – 30lbs+ as you advance, for certain glute moves. A workout bench, a box and (especially if you have any issues with your wrists), some pushup handles. Please do ask Kim if you need any specific advice before purchasing anything. You can absolutely access Guides from your phone/Facebook app and we give you instructions on how to do so, when you sign up.

While the Facebook group is a large part of the community feeling of the Membership, you can still gain a huge amount from the Membership without it. With the weekly emails described above, you will receive your workout schedules, all the information for the coming week and links to the previous week’s coaching calls, plus anything else that was covered. You also receive all the paid for programmes (unless there are any rare exceptions) via email too. Kim is on email via the address at the top of the page and you can always use this method to ask questions or seek advice.

Tracy and Kim are available to assist you on an ongoing basis and you are very welcome to contact Kim at any time. For ease and speed, please contact Kim in the first instance for any and all questions you have. For reference, Kim is based in the United Kingdom, on GMT time zone, so please allow for a very short delay due to this.

We recognise that circumstances can change and there may be an occasion whereby you wish to cancel your Membership with Move Daily Fitness. If you’d like to discuss leaving – if you feel some guidance and advice would help you continue your journey with us, please reach out to Kim before cancelling.

When you join the Membership you have access to an extensive amount and variety of IP (intellectual property), which is one of the reasons the Membership offers such great value and enables you to be successful in your goals. However, because we give you immediate access to everything, we have an obligation to put measures in place to acknowledge this.

If you choose to cancel your Membership within three months of joining, you are required to pay for the remaining months in that three-month period. For example, if you cancel in the first month, you are liable to pay the remaining two months. If you cancel in the second month, you are liable to pay the remaining one month. To illustrate this further please see below:

  • Example Membership cost per month $42
  • Cancellation in the first month means a cancellation fee of $84
  • Cancellation in the second month means a cancellation fee of $42

 

Once you have been a member for three months or more, you may cancel at any time with no associated cancellation fees.

If you joined the Facebook Group, you can remain in it for the remainder of the month. Once your month has expired, you will not have access to the group.
