You will need:
- Good yoga mat
- Light medicine ball -2-6 lbs is good(or a ball of some sort)
- Tennis ball, or pickleball (or any little ball)
- Light resistance band loop or dowel (broomstick)
- Yoga block
- Something stable to step on
- Something stable to sit on
- A variety of dumbbells (I use 15lbs and under – lift within your own abilities)
