What’s included:
- 4 weeks of beginner-friendly strength workouts
- Sessions are typically 30 minutes or less
- Designed specifically for lower-calorie states
- Emphasis on mechanical tension, controlled tempo, and joint stability
- Education on why muscle matters for:
- Fat loss
- Metabolic health
- Bone density
- Longevity and ageing well
You’ll learn how to train effectively without chasing exhaustion or PRs, because consistency beats intensity on a GLP-1 every time.
🍽 Fuel With Intent
Nutrition support when appetite is low, but needs are not
Just because you’re less hungry doesn’t mean your body needs less nourishment. This section teaches you how to:
- Eat regularly when hunger cues are muted
- Reduce nausea, reflux, and gastric discomfort
- Avoid accidentally dropping calories too low
- Support recovery, digestion, and immune health
Inside Fuel With Intent:
- Lower-calorie meal plans (designed to be nutritionally supportive)
- Guidance for eating when you’re “not hungry but still need fuel”

The exception to this is if the program you receive is defective, in which case we will verify this and provided the defect is confirmed by us, replace it with a functioning version of the original program purchased.
