Preheat over to 350F.
Line your muffin tin with silicone liners or spray well! This recipe makes 6, but can easily be doubled for a full tray.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into the muffin tin.
Top with a little extra cheese if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow the eggs to cool slightly before removing them. Store in the fridge or freeze for later!
