Grilled Peaches
A nice light dessert to finish off any meal!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

sprinkle of cinnamon

0% plain Greek yogurt

cup
pure maple syrup

mint leaves

Prepare grill.

Wash and dry peaches then slice in half and remove stone.

Lightly brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Grill face down on low heat for 4-5 min or until caramelized grill marks appear.

Move peaches to indirect heat for another 3 minutes.

In a separate bowl stir together Greek yogurt and maple syrup.

Remove peaches from grill and place one on a plate, top with yogurt, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with mint leaves.
