Here is your Sober September Solution!
 
Has the summer derailed your plans to be fit and healthy?  Perhaps you have indulged in a few too many cocktails or cones? We want to take this month to get your body and mind back on track! 
 
Take a moment and choose one thing that you would like to go sober from for the month of September. It could be alcohol, but it doesn’t have to be.  You could pick any vice. A few examples: Chocolate, ice cream, chips, candy, pop, diet pop, bread, refined carbohydrates, white stuff (white bread, pasta, cakes, etc).
 
Enter your name, email address and your vice in the form below and we will get started in helping you stay sober for the month! We want to offer you some accountability and would love it if you joined our private facebook group.  In the group, we will share ideas, recipes, workouts and encouragement to help you through this month! Simply add me on facebook – Tracy Steen – and I will add you to the private group.
 
Sober September is FREE and we are also offering prizes! If you stay sober from your vice for the entire month, your name will go into a draw for a prize. This is on the honor code.

So often women start programs that they are never able to complete. Either the workouts are too long, too intensive or they just lose motivation. My hope is that you will start off small, with a manageable time frame of 15 minutes a day. That is it, just 15 minutes. It’s as easy as setting your alarm clock for 5:45am instead of 6:00am, not hitting the snooze button, and hitting play on one of the videos on your phone or computer.

Skype Coaching

 
I had a client sign up with me the other day. We chatted for quite a while during which time she told me her story of how she ended up overweight, sedentary and very unhappy. I asked her how she was hoping I could help her. She said to me, “I want you to tell me what to do and what to eat!”
 
Over the past 10 years of being a trainer, and years before that spent as a marriage and family therapist, I can tell you one thing for sure: She does need coaching on what to eat and how to exercise, but far more importantly than that, she needs to understand WHY she eats and WHY she doesn’t exercise. 
 
If we can go on a journey to understand the WHY behind the behaviour, then we have a chance of changing it forever.

I am now offering one on one Skype coaching starting in 2017. I feel so strongly that if we do not figure out WHY we are eating and not exercising, then no amount of programming or diets are going to help us in the long run.
